I really hope you got to see the Supermoon eclipse as it was the first one in 150 years!
So what is a Blue, Blood, Supermoon eclipse?
A blue moon is when there are 2 full moons in one calendar month, they are so rare... hence the term 'once in a blue moon'. A blood moon for its reddish colour. During the lunar eclipse parts of the moon turn dark and sometimes red (hence the name blood moon). A lunar eclipse occurs when the Sun, the Earth and the Moon are so aligned that for a period of time, the full Moon passes through the shadow of Earth in space. A supermoon is when the moon will look larger than the average full moon. And to top all of that, this full moon is in the sign Leo! Leo is a sign connected with the proud expression of the self.
